Virginia Housing Development Authority's FREE Homeownership Education Program teaches future homeowners how to prepare a spending plan, understand credit reports and credit issues, qualifying for a mortgage loan, choosing the right home and more. All skill levels are welcome to “check out” the Geek for 30 minutes. Call ahead to reserve a specific time or just drop in.

Paws To R.E.A.D. Program
Paws to R.E.A.D. is a reading program where children read to pet therapy animals and benefit from a non-threatening, fun environment to practice their reading skills, increase their self-esteem, gain a love of reading, and learn about the human-animal connection.
