Never used a computer before and need one-on-one help to get started? Just got a handheld device and now you’re ready for e-books? Our resident computer geek will be on hand to answer all your burning questions about your new computer, smart phone, e-reader, or tablet. All skill levels are welcome to “check out” the Geek for 30 minutes. Call ahead to reserve a specific time or just drop in.

We will meet one Saturday a month to build, build, build! Each month will have a different theme to help inspire participants, but you are welcome to build anything that you’d like. This activity is open to children ages 5 to 12. All legos are provided.

In 1961, Russian cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin became the first human to orbit the earth. Now people around the world gather on the evening of April 12 to commemorate his amazing flight. Celebrate his achievement with pizza and Tang, space-related crafts and tattoos for children, door prizes, and books and documentaries about outer space.
