David Freed Gallery--the library's permanent collection of prints of nenowned authors by David Freed
Newbold Perkins Gallery--paintings by Anne Newbold Perkins, Richmond artist and former Richmond Public Library artist
First Friday, a monthly opening-night reception for all the artists of the library's exhibit areas, will be held on Friday,September 3, 2010, from 7-9 pm.

Gellman Room--annual exhibition in mixed media by the members of the Metropolitan Richmond Artists Association to be judged by regionally known Richmond artist David Tanner
Doyer Foyer--"Enlightment"--large abstract acrylics by Richmond artist Dandridge Davis
Dooley Hall--"Simple Things"--still-life oil paintings by Richmond artist Richard Rumble
2nd Floor Gallery--" Nature Visions"--wildlife and nature photos and paintings in color and black-and-white by Goochland County artist Debra Curtis
David Freed Gallery--the library's permanent colection of prints of renowned authors by David Freed
Newbold Perkins Gallery--paintings by Anne Newbold Perkins, Richmond artist and former Richmond Public Library artist
